Shipping and Delivery Information

All orders will be shipped within two business days using Federal Express. It is recommended that someone be available at your "Ship To" address to accept your package on the day of expected delivery. You can also address your shipment to your neighbour, friend, relative, work, etc. Please note that your order must be shipped to your street address. FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box address.

Calculating Shipping Costs

We charge shipping based on the total retail cost of your order. The total shipping and handling charge will be displayed in your shopping cart and on the summary page of the order form. There is a $10.00 minimum charge on all orders up to a maximum of $15.00. You can save on shipping by combining your order with family members, friends, and co-workers.

When Receiving Your Shipment

All Herbalife products are in perfect condition when the carrier takes possession of the shipments at the Canadian Distribution Centre in Calgary, AB or Montreal, QC. Your signature means that you have received your package in a satisfactory manner. However, before signing "Received" for your shipment, please inspect your package for outside damages and note any damages on the carrier's delivery documents.

Shipping Inquiries and Claims

For any specific inquiry or problem associated with a particular shipment (damaged or missing package), please contact us. Packages that have not been delivered within five business days are considered lost-in-transit. In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within the specified time period, we will raise an enquiry with FedEx and update you on the status of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

The Herbalife products available on this Web site are approved for sale in Canada, and therefore certain restrictions prevent us from shipping these products to all geographical locations. Currently, our Web site is configured to ship products only within Canada.
