The Herbalife Product Guarantee

All Herbalife products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days from the date you received the product.


To make a return please contact us and we will forward a return form to you. Send us the unused portion of the product along with the return form and a copy of your original receipt. You are encouraged to send returned products using a shipping service that allows you to track the returned package. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened products or products returned more than 30 days past delivery. If your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from all returned orders. Shipping the returned product(s) is your responsibility.


We will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the returned product. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your returned product(s). We cannot refund shipping charges unless your products were received faulty or damaged, or if a mistake was made when packaging your order.

As an alternative, you can request a full credit towards the purchase of other Herbalife products, which will be applied to your account for future orders.
